“Chain me Chain me not”, a site-specific work with pearl head pins and rubber band chain, reflects on various notions of identity in displacement and belonging … a type of self-portrait in construction. It is an ongoing process based work. The process was extended to include the local community, who were invited to take part in the "chaining" process during the exhibition
