Eman Farhan is an artist and writer from Karachi, Pakistan. With a BFA from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, their practice is centered around queerness in their city and its infinite manifestations. They are interested in looking sideways from the margins. They enjoy focusing on human-nonhuman connections with stray animals, using photography, text and mixed media to document these experiences. They are a member of the Blue Orange Project (2024). They have worked at Kitab Ghar Lahore, and are currently working at Vasl Artist’s Association. He has presented their written research at the Second IVS Liberal Arts Conference in 2025. Their work has also been published in Lakeer Magazine and The Blue Orange Project Magazine.
